1. What This Site Is

This Site provides information about Exergie Energy’s rooftop solar, battery storage and EV charging services across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka, and lets you request a free consultation or site visit. Using the Site does not, by itself, create a contract for installation services — any actual solar, battery or EV charging installation is governed by a separate signed agreement/quotation between you and Exergie Energy.

2. Free Consultations & Site Visits

• Consultations and site visits booked through the Site are free and carry no obligation to purchase.
• Submitting the form is a request, not a confirmed appointment — our team will contact you to confirm the date and time.
• You may reschedule or cancel a requested consultation or site visit at any time by contacting us; no fee applies, since none is charged in the first place.

3. Accuracy of Information

We take care to keep pricing ranges, savings percentages, subsidy amounts and technical details on the Site accurate and up to date, but they are estimates for general guidance only. Actual costs, savings and subsidy eligibility depend on your specific consumption, roof conditions, applicable state DISCOM rules, and current government scheme terms, and are confirmed only after a site assessment and formal quotation. 4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable or impair it;
• Submit false, misleading, or someone else’s personal information through our forms;
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce Site content for commercial use without our written permission;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site’s content, design, logo and branding are owned by Exergie Energy unless otherwise credited, and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. Panel and installation photography used for illustration is either owned by us or used under license/stock terms.

6. Third-Party Links & Services

The Site links to or embeds third-party services, including WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and an Google Maps location embed. We don’t control these services and aren’t responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Exergie Energy is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or reliance on estimates shown on it. This does not limit our obligations under any separate signed installation agreement.

8. Governing Law
